The Faculty trains specialists for work in the industrial complex, which is associated with the design, production and study of modern high-performance engines for use in vehicles, maintenance and repair of vehicles, integrated mechanization of road construction and cargo handling works.

• Improving the reliability and durability of drives of machines for various purposes;
• Mathematical modeling in mechanics of deformation and complex processing of solid, Elasto-viscous-plastic and discrete Wednesday;
• Study of processes and the development of advanced equipment intensificirujushhego actions to the needs of the construction industry;
• Improving the design, feasibility and the environmental performance of the transport of piston internal-combustion engines;
• Dynamics and strength of engine with variable compression ratio and volume based on CAD/CAE technology;
• Development of automatic control systems of rotation frequency of automobile engines and control systems;
• Study on the traction properties and car fuel efficiency;
• Optimizing timing of maintenance vehicles, taking into account external factors.
